I recently spent an afternoon showing clients all the currently available two bedroom, two bath fee simple condos in Kona with an ocean view priced under $320,000.  The condo that stood out, by far, over the others was Hualalai Village A102.

The others we saw were either vacant or tenant occupied, in need of TLC, or in not-so-nice surroundings.

As soon as we walked in the door to this one, they said - WOW.  The quality of this condo over the others is striking.  Immaculately maintained and fully furnished (just bring your toothbrush) it is the best value in town.  And a 2009 Ford Fusion is also available for sale with the purchase as well.  This condo would work especially well for anyone desiring a second home in Kona - everything is already there for you so no need to spend time an money getting it furnished.  Leaves more time for you to enjoy your precious time on the island.  That's how the current owner has been using it, but his time on the island is now limited due to health reasons.  It's time for someone else to take advantage of this opportunity.

In the past, financing was a problem in this project due to unfinished construction and association dues delinquencies.  But the association tackled that by creating a separate association for just buildings A, B and E last year.  Financing options are now available for units in buildings A, B, and E.  One of the other units in this project is currently in escrow with a financing contingency.  Lenders are now saying they can do the loans.  This is great news for everyone.

So what are you waiting for?  Call me today to arrange your private showing!
