Did you know that the National Association of Realtors (NAR) reported that the sale of vacation homes this last year are up from the previous year? In fact, the Realtors' group says the median sales price of vacation properties surged last year.

As we've been doing for all our adult lives, we Baby Boomers are driving this trend.  "Baby boomers at our near retirement continue to propel the demand for second homes," stated NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun.

With prices heading up and interest rates having just dropped, today may be the day to get your little piece of Paradise here in Hawaii. The Big Island still has the biggest bang for your buck, so this is the place to look!
