Image titleThere's so much to prepare when you are planning a trip. Did you remember to book the flight, hotel, and car rental? What will the weather be like at your destination? What will you wear? It's the night before the flight, are you finished packing?? By the time you reach the airline gates you are more than ready to jump on the plane to finish that final stretch and begin your vacation. One of the last things you want to worry about is how comfortable your flight will be. Luckily for air travelers, Alaska and Virgin Air have actively combined their networks since December 2016, and by 2019 we can expect some wonderful perks:

  • Warm and welcoming vibe with music from fresh new artists featured on the planes, airport lobbies, and gates

  • Reliable, high-speed internet

  • MORE premium seats (includes complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails)MORE rewards

  • Complimentary upgrades

  • And more…

Virgin Air's name and logo will retire sometime in 2019, but many of their trademark services will live on through Alaska Air's top-rated customer service. For now, Alaska and Virgin Air announced earlier this month new daily departures out of San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Jose, California.

The last question to really ask yourself is: "am I ready for a vacation?"

A hui hou aku nō, mālama pono.
